Every structural component and key finish - timber, steel, concrete, fixtures - is sourced from certified suppliers meeting or exceeding Australian Standards.

The ZAC Lifetime Structural Guarantee* covers major structural defects caused by defective design, workmanship, or materials in the essential load-bearing parts of your home. We'll fix it at our cost if a major structural issue ever makes your home unsafe, unstable, or unfit for living.

Every ZAC home meets or exceeds measurable benchmarks for thermal comfort, energy efficiency and overall build integrity.

The quality promise doesn’t end when we hand you the keys. Every ZAC home includes a post-completion inspection at 12 months.  This timeframe ensures the home is fully settled, seeing through four seasons, so we can identify any issues not evident at handover. You will receive a full report and appropriate remediation.

We don’t just look at issues after they occur. We conduct continuous improvement checks at each build stage to ensure the next phase is set up for success.
