The design outcome
This home is defined by ease.
The planning is deliberately open and generous, allowing the main living spaces to flow effortlessly outdoors. The alfresco and pool become a natural extension of the home, reinforcing a lifestyle centred around connection, relaxation and entertaining.
Volume plays a key role, particularly through the main living area, creating a sense of lightness and calm that aligns with the coastal setting.
Upstairs, the home shifts into a quieter mode, providing retreat without disconnecting from the overall experience.
The result is a home that feels both elevated and effortless—an understated expression of modern coastal living.
