- Positioned open-plan living and dining to connect directly with the alfresco
- Incorporated a secondary living area to support flexibility and separation
- Included a ground floor bedroom for guest or multi-generational use
- Organised upper-level bedrooms around a clear central circulation spine
- Introduced an additional upstairs living zone to support family life

The design outcome
This home is defined by clarity.
Rather than relying on complexity, the design focuses on how space is organised—creating a layout that feels structured, open and easy to live in. The layered planning approach allows for both connection and separation, supporting the rhythms of everyday family life.
Shared spaces feel generous and connected, while private zones offer retreat and flexibility as needs evolve over time.
The result is a home that balances openness with structure—designed to adapt as the household changes.
